The Kendriya Vidyalaya School (KVS) Admission 2025 popularly known as KVS Admission 2025, this admission process is conducted by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an organization under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The admission session for the academic year 2025-2026 is open for students from Class 1 to Class 11. Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission (KVS) 2025
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has opened the admission process for the academic year 2025. The online application forms are now available for various classes, including Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11. Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika Admission 2025
Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika Programs Pre-KG, LKG, & UKG Academic Year 2025-2026 are open now. The Balvatika program includes three stages: Balvatika-1 for children aged 3 to less than 4 years, Balvatika-2 for those aged 4 to less than 5 years, and Balvatika-3 for kids aged 5 to less than 6 years. Admissions for Balvatika-1 and Balvatika-3 will be conducted offline at selected Kendriya Vidyalayas, with 50 schools offering Balvatika-1 and 445 schools offering Balvatika-3.
For Balvatika-2, registration will only be accepted if vacancies are available at 50 selected schools. To enroll your child, contact the Principal or Admission Charge only when requested, and adhere to the given time slots. - Go to the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) website at kvsangathan.nic.in.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ button.
- Carefully read the instructions provided. Enable the checkbox to agree with the declaration, then click on ‘Proceed’.
- The registration window will appear on the screen.
- Fill in the required fields, including the child’s name, parent’s name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and other necessary details.
- Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and click on the ‘Register’ button.
- An OTP will be sent to the provided mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify and confirm the contact details.
- The login credentials will be shown on the screen.
- Note down the login details and keep them safe for future reference.
How to Fill KV School Application Form 2025?
- Make the KVS Registration by following the steps listed above.
- Click on the ‘Login’ tab on the KVS homepage.
- Make a Login by using your registered mobile number and other details asked.
- Now click on the Application Form Link.
- The KVS application form for 2025 will open.
- Carefully enter all required details, ensuring accuracy.
- After filling in the details, click on the ‘Next’ button.
- Select up to 3 preferred schools from the list provided.
- Upload a scanned copy of a coloured photograph and the date of the birth certificate according to the specified size and dimension guidelines.
- Click on the ‘Preview’ button to review the entered details. Make any necessary corrections.
- Once all information is correct, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to finalize the application.
- After submission, note down the application submission code displayed on the screen for future reference.
Reservation Criteria

Selection Process
- Admissions for Class I (First/1) are conducted through an online registration process followed by a lottery system.
- For Classes II to VIII (2nd to 8th), admissions are based on the Priority Category System. Admissions are only offered if there are available seats in the desired class after considering the priority categories.
- Admission to Class IX (9th) is based on an Admission Test. A merit list is prepared, and students are admitted according to the merit and priority categories.
- Admissions for Class XI (11th) are merit-based and depend on the Class 10th marks.
