KVS Exam Pattern 2025
The exam pattern various KVS teaching and non teaching posts varies. For Primary Teacher (PRT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) exam duration is of 3 hours. The examination consists of 180 questions carrying a total of 180 marks which is divided in different sections which is given below.
- For General English and Hindi section – 20 questions of 20 marks are ask
- For General Knowledge and General Studies (GK & GS) section – 10 questions of 10 marks.
- Reasoning Section – 5 questions of 5 marks.
- Computer Science section – 5 questions of 5 marks.
- Perspectives on Education and Leadership section – 60 questions of 60 marks.
- Finally, the Subject-Specific Questions section – 80 questions of 80 marks.
Note – the total exam duration is 180 minutes and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers, meaning candidates earn 1 mark for each correct answer.
