Eligibility Criteria For RTE Admission 2025 MP

As we all know that RTE aims to provide free educational benefits for children from diverse, vulnerable, and financially disadvantaged group. For fair and clear rte applications, the officials has set specific criteria or eligibility rules which are given below.

  • Only applicants from Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply for the RTE Admission 2025.
  • Applicants must belong to any of the disadvantage group like Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC), Minorities, Orphaned Children, Children affected by HIV or Cancer,
  • Applicants from economically weaker sections must meet the income limit defined by the Below Poverty Line (BPL) Certificate or Ration Card.
  • Applicants must meet the minimum age criteria for each class as of 1 April 2025. Specific age limits are set for each class (Nursery, KG-1, KG-2, and Class 1) which available below.

It is important to ensure that the applicant’s age matches the specified criteria at the time of verification. If there is any discrepancy or if the original birth certificate is not submitted, the application will cancelled at the moment. For the academic session 2025-26, the applicant’s age will calculate as of 1 April 2025. The age requirements for each class are as follows.

  • For Nursery, the minimum of 3 years old.

  • Class 1 applicants have age limit of 6 years old.

Madhya Pradesh RTE School Allotment 2025 Process

After the release of the online lottery result for RTE MP Admission 2025, applicants will receive SMS notifications about their allotted school on their register mobile number. They can then download the allotment letter directly from the portal. Once the child is allotted a school, the applicant must visit the allotted school within the specified time, bringing the allotment letter with other documents ask.
